This free e-book is intended to give you an insight into recruitment and better prepare you with the right tools to find your dream job.

A lot of job seekers do not realise this: Unless you are applying for a job through a contact, you are unknown to the recruiter. You will be one of possibly 100+ names submitted. You have to make sure that you create an impact within the first 10 seconds of someone looking at your CV or cover letter which will mean that you can get through the first hurdle and your CV gets put on a 'read again' pile, rather than the 'rejection' pile.

The e-book starts with identifying what kind of jobs are of interest to you. Then, it takes you through identifying your achievements and writing a CV and cover letter based upon these achievements and your job interest. Afterwards, it points you towards the tools and the methods in finding relevant jobs that are of interest to you and how to apply for them. With your winning CV and effective cover letter, you will be offered interviews and we'll assist in your preparation for them. It is usually quite important to be pro-active after an interview as well and we'll give you some ideas and suggestions. And then, once you've accepted the offer of your new job, we'll talk about how and when to resign from your current job.
